All properties listed on Stay Da Nang must match their actual condition. No fake prices, bait-and-switch listings, or hidden utility markups. Every listing is verified by our inspection team.

2. Bilingual Contracts & Fair Deposit Return

Landlords agree to use standard Vietnamese-English bilingual leases and return tenant deposits within 14 days of move-out in accordance with agreed lease terms.
